SHIPPING & HANDLING

We're dedicated to processing all orders in a timely yet responsible fashion. Authorized orders typically ship out from our studio in San Francisco, CA within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to one week for special orders.

International orders ship USPS at a flat rate of $XX. They can take between 10-14 business days, sometimes longer depending on the country. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties applied to international orders.

We're able to offer the following expedited shipping options if an order is placed before 5 PM PST:

ORDERS

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail.

Applicable sales tax will be charged for all orders shipping within CA.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Many styles are available in yellow or white gold and platinum. Please contact us for pricing information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Multipearl we stand behind our products, our service, and you, our customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of undamaged jewelry and will credit your card for the full purchase. Returns sent back after two weeks will only be applicable to store credit. Special order and custom work items are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item please repack in the original packaging if possible with the packing slip.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (eg. FED Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Multipearl is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call us to arrange this form of payment.

Orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing and we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Once your credit card is authorized you will not be billed until your purchase has been shipped.
